What Is PSYCH-K®?
PSYCH-K is a set of principles and processes designed to change subconscious beliefs that limit the expression of your full potential as a divine being having a human experience.
Each of our lives is a reflection of our beliefs and attitudes. These beliefs—mostly subconscious—are the cumulative effect of life-long “programming.” Most of these beliefs were acquired at birth as our personality or in childhood—a very programmable time of life! Some of these beliefs are the conclusions that we make, consciously and subconsciously, as a result of our life experiences. A large number of these beliefs are outdated or downright self-defeating in current life circumstances.
The PSYCH-K processes are quick and easy. They are a blend of various tools for change, some contemporary and some ancient. They utilize simple physiological processes creating a whole brain state that lead to what one writer has called, “super learning*”
One of the great beauties of these processes is that it is not necessary to know how you acquired a belief or set of beliefs; it is only necessary that you know what you choose to believe instead.
PSYCH-K processes are easy to learn and simple to use!

What is PER-K®?
PER-K (Performance Kinesiology) is an adaptation of the PSYCH-K processes to the business setting. Performance, in the business world, is also a manifestation of the beliefs of the company and the individuals in that company. In order to increase performance, creativity and the process of working together, the beliefs that motivate the individuals and the work groups can be changed to be more compatible with success.
PER-K works like a works like a "mental keyboard" - accessing the subconscious mind in a way that is similar to the storage memory in a personal computer. PER-K is a user-friendly method of communicating with the subconscious mind that is simple, direct and verifiable.
This method of communication enables the individual to identify the underlying, limiting beliefs and then "edit" and "update" them, so they align with the principles and philosophies that produce lasting successful behaviors, actions and results.
